Foiling in voodoo chop
Updated: Mar 17, 2019
Typically when we foil we are using rigs smaller than traditional windsurfing and that may cause an issue when trying to water start in wave, swell or chop! Making sure you are foiling a board with plenty of volume is essential, you will be uphauling much more and using a board that is too narrow or not enough volume may lead to a frustrating time. Save yourself the exhaustion and make sure your foil board has plenty of liters and width (We recommend a board 80cm and wider for learning).
