Price is per pair of M6 adapter bolts.  Use on slinghot tuttle head when you don't want to drill out your board bolt holes!  Please be aware that we recommend you use a foil leash with M6 bolts as they may not be as strong as the slingshot 10 mm Tuttle bolts.
